Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
